All this gave me and Ashwini another idea (I know, we seem to be getting a lot of ideas lately, someone stop us from talking to each other) - We want to start a "Desi" version of the Carnival. It is going to be hosted at Real Women Online - So, friendly neighborhood Desi dudes/dudettes - Drop me or Ashwini a line every week with what you think are your best posts for the week and we will publish them together at RWO. Also, let us know if oyu can come up with a good name for the event.

Update: not that we don't trust you guys, but the only restriction we place on the Desi carnival submissions is that no personal stuff, please! Anything but personal stuff. Thanks you. Resume. I got it. How about "Desi Blog Mela" for the name?
