So did the NYT screw up or the administration? If it was the latter, then they really managed to fool a lot of people about the motive for the war.. ;)

Prashant, it isn’t the administration’s fault people pick and choose what they want to focus on - according to the Feb ‘03 editorial, the democracy vision thing has been the main motive all along.
