Saw Spidey 2 twice on consecutive days.
I give it a 7/10. It’s got a better villain, but as far as the rest of it goes, the first one was much better.
There is far too much mush in the storyline. They overdid the “Peter Parker carrying the big burden” part by about half an hour. In fact, things don’t even get interesting till about 45 minutes into the movie.
Oh, and Spidey gets unmasked. What crap!

Liked Spidey 2. I agree with MadMan… it has too much of mush in it. And there are a couple of things which could go under ‘Readers don’t digest’… but overall, its very well made and is definitely worth watching. The good part about Spidey 2 is that the villain does not overshadow Spidey in this one… unlike the first one where Willem Dafoe stole the show. That said, Alfred Molina does make a very good villain (or should it be… a very bad villain?!)
You watch The Village and review it for us! :)
