Yeah, I know it will only be the pre-season. So what? It is better than nothing and I way too excited about “The Mavericks, Reloaded” that I cannot wait!

Frankly, I think the MAvs might be (slightly) better off in the long run without Nash. OTOH, I’m waiting for Dampier to revert back to his pre-contract year form…

Of course, Chris - you know I was baiting you with this post ;)
I think that Mavs are going to be better in the future too - this team really looks like it was made for the future while still remaining competetive in the present. My only concern is that it is going to take Terry and Harris a little while to get adjusted to Nellie ball.
As for Dampier, there is definitely that nagging concern but I am hoping that being on a playoff team will challenge him enough and keep him interested enough to keep playing well.
