You should contact Jason Goldberg who is the CEO of jobster. I am sure he would spend some time with you explaining how their system works and how you can gain access to the Jobster system.

Ashish, as far as I can tell, linkedin seems to be open registration. Jobster apparently is very exclusive and invitation-only. A friend told me that major companies like Microsoft have been hiring from there.
