Sorry I am using the wrong forum to ask you this but can you devote a post to the Jessica Lal case and Ram Jethmalani’s subsequent decision to defend the accused Manu Sharma? These seems to be plenty of hue & cry over the alleged “immoral” and “unethical” decision of Jethmalani to come to Sharma’s rescue. I was wondering what your readers think. Is this another case of trial by media? Is Jethmalani right in claiming that every accused deserves at the very least a fair trial?
